We don't take Fortune 500 clients. Our entire business model is designed around the small and local end of the market — restaurants, group homes, transport companies, nonprofits, clinics. The kinds of businesses that can't afford an MSP or a HIPAA consultant but still deserve good tech.
We bundle everything.
Most tech vendors nickel-and-dime: setup fee, monthly fee, hourly support, change requests, add-on modules, premium tier upcharges. We bundle the work into one monthly fee with one person to call. If something needs fixing, you text us. That's it.
We're local.
Minneapolis-based, Minnesota-focused. We know MHRA, MGDPA, MCDPA, and DHS Rule 203 because our clients live with these laws every day. Out-of-state consultancies miss this.

Hi, I'm Moyata Ebisso
I graduated in December 2025 with my Master's degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota, focusing on Embedded Intelligent Systems. I also hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities.
Currently, I work as a Power Substation Communication Engineer at Hatch (Canada) as a Professional Consultant, working on Xcel Energy utility projects. This combines my engineering expertise with real-world infrastructure experience.
I founded Arsi Technology Group to help Minnesota businesses navigate the complex world of technology. With experience at companies like Xcel Energy, Optum/United Health Group, and various tech startups, I bring enterprise-level expertise to businesses of all sizes.
